Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at SP Trucklines Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, managing administrative procedures, and overseeing payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and oversee payroll administration
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide support to mature workers and visible minorities
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work 35 to 44 hours per week
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced office environment with a team of 3-4 people.
