Job Title: Claims Advisor, Property and Casualty Insurance

As a Claims Advisor, Property and Casualty Insurance, you will play a critical role in serving and maintaining business relationships with members and clients for all claims. Your expertise will be essential in handling high-complexity property insurance claims and medium-complexity accident benefit and bodily injury claims.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough investigations and inspections to assess damage, estimate costs, and market value, and produce and review reports and other documents to determine settlement amounts.
  • Analyze medical, financial, and job information to determine eligibility for benefits based on statutory criteria.
  • Settle claims in accordance with the organization's standards, policies, and quality commitments as well as contract terms, meeting deadlines to ensure client satisfaction and avoid penalties.
  • Negotiate with all parties involved to ensure smooth claims processing.

Requirements:
  • General college diploma in a related field.
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience.
  • Personal claims adjuster's licence.
  • Knowledge of French is required.

  • Must have a valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle, a company car will be provided.
