Ridall Pest Control is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our office, ensuring that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
  • Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Train staff and oversee administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations and monitor and evaluate office operations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in an administrative role is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload. They will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
