Responsibilities
  • Lead kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food products and excellent service standards
  • Manage day-to-day activities, including staff supervision, inventory control, and menu planning
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and budgets related to kitchen operations
Requirements
  • 6 years of experience in the culinary industry, preferably in a leadership role
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management, or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. You will be required to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $76,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
