We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Clinic Receptionist to join our team at Dr. Christopher Sims Dentistry Professional Corp.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate area or contact.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and packages.
  • Operate the switchboard, answering and directing phone calls, and taking messages.
  • Process patient information, including medical records and billing.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's calendar.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to clinic policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a medical or administrative setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
