Financial Oversight

Responsible for managing a budget ranging from $100,001 to $500,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign healthcare professionals to various projects and initiatives
  • Coordinate the provision of healthcare services within the laboratory
  • Direct and oversee daily operations
  • Evaluate operational efficiency on a daily basis
  • Plan and manage budgetary allocations and expenditures
  • Organize and oversee daily activities
  • Review financial reports to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints
  • Establish and enforce policies and procedures for healthcare service delivery
  • Recruit, train, and motivate laboratory staff
  • Manage vendor contracts
  • Develop systems for evaluating healthcare services
  • Oversee data analysis and reporting
  • Coordinate the efforts of medical staff
  • Consult with senior management and regulatory bodies
  • Supervise laboratory operations
Team Leadership

Supervision of a team comprising 5 to 10 personnel.

Technical Proficiency

Proficient in MS Office applications.
