Senior Claims Specialist, Education and Training

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Claims Specialist to join our team in a key role that combines claims expertise with education and training responsibilities.
About the Role:
- Conduct detailed file reviews to identify areas for improvement in our claims customer experience.
- Collaborate with the Director of Quality Assurance and Claims Excellence to design, develop, and deliver educational materials for virtual and traditional classroom environments.
- Participate in and contribute to Ad Hoc Audit requests, special projects, and vendor management.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of our claims team.
- Work closely with our claims team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address these gaps.
Requirements:
- Post-Secondary Education in an Insurance focused program or related program.
- Completed or working towards the CIP designation.
- Bilingualism in English and French an asset.
- Minimum 10 years of multi-line claims and/or claims auditing experience with a specialization in Accident Benefits and Casualty.
- Prior Adult Learning experience, including all phases of the Learning Cycle.
- Prior Claims Management experience is an asset.
