Senior Claims Training and Education Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Claims Training and Education Specialist to join our dynamic team at Northbridge Financial Corporation. As a key member of our Claims Quality Assurance team, you will play a critical role in identifying and addressing areas for improvement in our Claims Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed file reviews to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and deliver educational materials to support the Claims Quality Assurance program
  • Collaborate with the Director of Quality Assurance and Claims Excellence to identify training needs and develop solutions
  • Participate in Ad Hoc Audit requests and special projects as required

Requirements:

  • Post-Secondary Education in an Insurance-focused program or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of multi-line claims and/or claims auditing experience with a specialization in Accident Benefits
  • Bilingualism in English and French is required
  • Prior Adult Learning experience, including all phases of the Learning Cycle
