Customer Experience Manager

Job Summary:
As an Assistant Manager at Tim Hortons, you will be an enthusiastic role model and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service for every guest, every time. You will build positive relationships with a team of diverse members and take pride in supporting the Restaurant Manager and Owner in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional guest service and create a positive dining experience for every guest.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with team members and promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Support the Restaurant Manager and Owner in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety in the restaurant.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements:
- Passion for guest service and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong operational experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and build positive relationships with team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
