What We're Looking For

We're seeking a flexible and resourceful individual to join our team as a Support Supervisor. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for managing front-of-house and back-of-house operations, supporting our team in delivering a transformational customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a greeter, runner, cashier, and answer customer inquiries
  • Understand and execute operational policies and procedures
  • Pack and unpack shipments, and organize the stock room to support product flow
  • Manage conflict and identify opportunities to support the team
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
  • Open availability for a flexible work schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts
  • Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
