Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Rossland Grocery. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of retail staff, including sales workers, to ensure efficient store operations.
- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Assign sales workers to duties, including customer service, sales, and visual merchandising.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
