Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Manage Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Make informed decisions regarding customer returns, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
- Sell Merchandise: Engage with customers, promote products, and meet sales targets.
- Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data, merchandising trends, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply chain disruptions, and other operational challenges in a professional and timely manner.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate stock levels, manage inventory turnover, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of sales associates, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: Experience is an asset.
- Work Setting: Rural area, retail business.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
