Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Coordinator Assistant to join our team at Barrie Taxi Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as providing administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange travel itineraries, make reservations, and oversee the preparation of reports
  • Answer electronic inquiries, provide customer service, and work with employees to analyze data and information
  • Schedule appointments, record minutes of meetings, and maintain manual and computerized filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and ensure that all materials are distributed and communicated effectively
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field (Secondary school graduation certificate)
  • At least 7 months of experience in an administrative role
