We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Seaway Paper and Pulp Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear work priorities.
  • Ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and budgetary controls.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including supervision of 3-4 people.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative procedures.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and organized.
  • Dental plan, health care plan, and vision care benefits.
  • Permanent position, 30 hours per week.
  • Language of work: English.
