Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Seaway Paper and Pulp Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the maintenance of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Human Resources: Assist with recruitment, training, and development of office staff, as well as maintaining employee records and benefits.
  • Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, as well as managing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
