Job Title: Administrative Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Seaway Paper and Pulp Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and budget management
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including supervision of 3-4 people
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative procedures
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organized and able to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
