Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Queen City Pizza Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for planning, preparing, and serving high-quality meals to our customers. This includes coordinating special events, determining food portion sizes and costs, planning menus, and requisitioning food and kitchen supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate special events, such as weddings and corporate functions
  • Determine food portion sizes and costs to ensure profitability
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements for events and daily operations
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain inventory levels
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
  • Organize buffets and banquets to ensure efficient service
  • Manage kitchen operations, including staff supervision and inventory management
