We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team at Bight Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and executing all dishes in the Pizza and Pasta section during dinner service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute all dishes in the Pizza/Pasta section with high-quality ingredients and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring a smooth dinner service.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure excellent teamwork and communication.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong knowledge of pizza and pasta preparation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Safe food handling certification is a must.
