Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for planning, preparing, and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods for our customers. This includes determining the size of food portions and costs, planning menus, and requisitioning food and kitchen supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate special events and plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
  • Determine the size of food portions and costs, and requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Organize buffets and banquets
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
