Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Addiction Care Specialist to join our team at EHN Willowview Recovery Centre, a new 60-bed inpatient addictions treatment facility located near Regina. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing holistic, wrap-around care to adults 18 and older struggling with addiction-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients with mental health and addiction-related issues
  • Develop and implement client care plans, ensuring a tailored approach to meet each individual's unique needs
  • Provide treatment management, guidance, and prescribe medications in accordance with statutory and regulatory standards
  • Work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • A graduate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the Province of Saskatchewan
  • Recent clinical experience, including medication administration and leadership duties
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
