Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at 1334334 BC Ltd. as a key member of our security operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate Events

Plan, organize, and coordinate security-related events, programs, and activities to ensure a safe and secure environment for our clients and staff.

Supervise and Coordinate Staff

Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure effective security operations.

Emergency Response

Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the safety and security of our clients and staff.

Report Preparation

Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management, highlighting key security concerns and recommendations for improvement.

Staff Training and Development

Provide training and guidance to security personnel on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 7 months of experience in a security-related role, with a strong understanding of security operations and procedures.

Language

Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.

Work Schedule

40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts as required.
