We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at 1334334 BC Ltd. as a key member of our security operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure smooth operation of our facilities.
    • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve common goals.
  • Client Support and Emergency Response
    • Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service.
    • Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively.
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
    • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence.
    • Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring a productive and safe work environment.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit progress and other reports, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
    • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Language and Communication
    • Work in English, with a strong focus on clear and effective communication.
