Security Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Chances Gaming Centre in Fort St. John, British Columbia. As a Security Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and safety of our employees, guests, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest service and maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Lead and manage the security team to achieve excellent customer service and maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Supervise and manage the team's performance in security activities, including crowd control and incident management.
  • Assess situations and provide proactive solutions to ensure the security and safety of our employees and guests.
Requirements:
  • Organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Reasoning abilities, including analytical and critical thinking skills to assess situations and provide solutions.
  • Gaming Security Officer (GSO) Training Completion Certification.
  • Ability to successfully obtain a Criminal Record Check through the Gaming Enforcement Branch (GPEB).
  • First Aid Level 1 certification, with Level 2 an asset.
  • 1-2 years of demonstrated security/surveillance experience, with gaming experience an asset.
