Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Stigg Security Inc. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our security team and ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our clients.
    • Provide guidance and training to security personnel on safety procedures, company policies, and job duties.
  • Maintenance and Repair
    • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out on security equipment and facilities.
  • Client Support
    • Assist clients with special needs, providing support and guidance as required.
  • Emergency Response
    • Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the safety of our clients and employees.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit progress reports and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Procurement
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Work Schedules and Procedures
    • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures for security personnel.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related role.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
  • Work Hours
    • 32 to 40 hours per week.
