About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our culinary team at Millennium L'Hermitage Hotel Corp. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our hotel's culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our guests.

Culinary Team Management

Lead and motivate our culinary team to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively to deliver exceptional food quality and service.

Food Safety and Quality Control

Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.

Inventory Management

Manage our kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet our culinary needs.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and preferences and ensuring that they have a positive dining experience.

Requirements
  • Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.

Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Skills

Excellent culinary skills, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.

Leadership

Proven leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Communication

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
