About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Distribution Manager to join our team at Norden Windows And Doors Ltd. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to meet our sales targets.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field, ensuring our sales team is aligned with our overall business strategy.
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, ensuring a consistent and effective approach across the business.
  • Lead the sales team in building relationships with business clients, managing negotiations of sales contracts, and driving sales growth.
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations, ensuring our sales team is equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments, ensuring we are meeting our sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff, ensuring our sales team has the necessary skills and expertise to succeed.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a sales or management role.
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as required.
