About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Distribution Manager to join our team at Norden Windows And Doors Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and developing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Sales and Marketing
    • Work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales growth.
  • Operational Management
    • Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments.
    • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales.
  • Business Development
    • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines and business opportunities.
    • Organize regional and divisional sales operations to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
