About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Distribution Manager to join our team at Norden Windows And Doors Ltd. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and improve market share

  • Recruit, organize, train, and manage a team of sales professionals

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and distribution management
