About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Distribution Manager to join our team at Norden Windows And Doors Ltd. as a key member of our commercial sales department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Determine strategic planning related to new product lines, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Management: Organize regional and divisional sales operations, planning, directing, and evaluating the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field, ensuring a cohesive brand image.
  • Policy Development: Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, accurate, initiative, organized, and a team player.
  • Work Conditions: 40 hours per week, permanent position, work language: English.
