Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in managing kitchen operations, food preparation, and staff training.
Key Responsibilities- Culinary Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day activities of our kitchens, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as maintaining high standards of food quality.
- Staff Training and Development: Train and mentor our culinary team members on best practices in food preparation, presentation, and customer service.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food and supplies, ensuring timely ordering and minimizing waste.
- Kitchen Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure that all kitchen areas are clean and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety standards.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
