About the Role: As a Sales and Customer Experience Leader, you will play a key part in driving sales performance and creating an exceptional customer experience. You will report to the Store Manager and be responsible for leading a team to achieve store objectives, including sales and profit goals, recruiting, performance management, training, and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the store is achieving company objectives and KPI goals by effectively managing sales and customer experience initiatives.
  • Provide leadership by balancing company policies, procedures, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling.
  • Recruit, manage, develop, and train top talent who are focused on delivering excellent sales and customer experiences.
  • Implement merchandise strategies to drive sales growth while maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment that inspires customers to shop.
  • Maintain effective communication with the Store Manager and District Manager.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need at least 1-2 years of leadership and supervisory experience in a customer experience-based environment. You must have proven ability to lead teams to success through strong sales performance. A high school graduate or GED equivalent is required, with post-secondary education being an asset. You should be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while committed to creating an amazing customer experience. Availability to work weekends and evenings is also necessary.

What We Offer: In addition to a competitive salary of $45,000 - $53,000 (salary may be higher based on relevant experience), we offer a comprehensive benefits package (full-time employees only), paid time off (sick time, vacation – full-time employees only), monthly bonus potential, opportunities for advancement, tuition reimbursement, and a generous employee referral policy.
