Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures for recruitment initiatives
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective recruitment processes
  • Oversee the classification and rating of occupations to ensure accurate job postings
  • Develop and implement training and development strategies to enhance employee skills
  • Manage contracts and negotiate with vendors to secure the best rates
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform recruitment decisions
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on recruitment metrics and trends
  • Advise senior management on recruitment strategies and best practices
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of MS Windows and computer technology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage a large caseload and workload
