Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Lead to join our Research & Development team. As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and security of our cloud solutions, leading and implementing test design and test plans, and driving continuous improvements to our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall quality strategy for our global team, ensuring consistency and excellence in our built-in quality efforts.
  • Provide guidance, leadership, and training to QA members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality results.
  • Define test plans, test automation strategies, and performance, scalability, and reliability strategies to ensure our cloud solutions meet the highest standards.
  • Recommend and implement test tools in the cloud, ensuring seamless integration and efficient testing processes.
  • Ensure test results are recorded, available, and reported to stakeholders, tracking and reporting on key quality metrics and incidents.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our quality and security posture, leveraging LEAN principles to optimize processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with development and portfolio teams to ensure new solutions are operationally secure and meet quality standards.
  • Perform internal audits to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Subject matter expert on quality best practices, with experience in Root Cause Analysis and incident management.
  • Proven experience in managing a quality assurance software product organization, with expertise in performance, scalability, and reliability testing.
  • Able to observe bottlenecks in processes and develop solutions to overcome them, with experience in managing remote employees and/or offices.
  • Experience with QA test automation, source control management systems, and cloud providers (Azure or AWS).
