As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be instrumental in guaranteeing the excellence and timely execution of our initiatives. Working in collaboration with diverse teams, you will establish testing goals, develop testing strategies, and supervise the implementation of tests. Your proficiency in automation, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), and defect oversight will be vital in enhancing the efficiency and dependability of our testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate a comprehensive Testing Strategy aligned with ATCO's quality assurance standards.
  • Partner with project leaders and development teams to outline testing goals and scope.
  • Generate detailed Test Plan documents that encompass requirements, test data, and environments.
  • Coordinate testing efforts with various stakeholders and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Assess and prioritize defects identified by the team.
  • Execute automation strategies and incorporate tests into CI/CD workflows.
  • Mentor and guide team members to improve their skills and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • 7-10 years of experience in the project delivery lifecycle.
  • Expertise in various testing methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Familiarity with software development practices and tools.
  • Knowledge of testing tools such as Jira, Selenium, and WebDriver.IO.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
