Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Lead to join our Research & Development team. As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and security of our cloud solutions, leading and implementing test design and test plans, and driving continuous improvements to our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall quality strategy for our global team, ensuring consistency and excellence in our built-in quality efforts.
  • Provide guidance, leadership, and training to QA members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Define test plans, test automation strategies, and performance, scalability, and reliability strategies to ensure our cloud solutions meet the highest standards.
  • Recommend and implement test tools in the cloud, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Ensure test results are recorded, available, and reported to stakeholders, tracking and reporting on key quality metrics and incidents.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our CDO's quality, guiding the team towards a culture of built-in quality and continuous improvement using LEAN principles.
  • Work with teams to ensure User Stories are testable, performing internal audits to ensure adherence to best practices.

Requirements

  • Subject matter expert on quality best practices, with experience in Root Cause Analysis, incident management, and quality assurance software product organization management.
  • Experience with performance, scalability, reliability testing, and QA test automation.
  • Ability to observe bottlenecks in process and develop processes and procedures to overcome them, with experience managing remote employees and/or offices.
  • Experience with source control management systems, QA test automation, and either Azure or AWS cloud providers and solutions.
