Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Lifemark Manning & Amy Croft. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with a multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs.
- Provide education and training to clients on topics such as pacing, pain management, and cognitive behavioral strategies.
- Participate in case conferences and case management to ensure seamless care.
- Registration with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists.
- 1-3 years of experience in occupational therapy.
- Previous experience working with clients with physical, mental health, and/or neurological conditions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
