Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Lifemark Manning & Amy Croft. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with adults with complex musculoskeletal, neurological, and mental health conditions to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat adults with complex musculoskeletal, neurological, and mental health conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and submit reports to stakeholders
  • Participate in case conferences and case management
  • Support return-to-work programs

Requirements:

  • Registration (member in good standing) with Ontario's Provincial College of Occupational Therapists
  • Solid experience in assessing and treating adults with complex musculoskeletal, neurological, and mental health conditions
  • Ability to be self-directed and autonomous, working independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development
  • Excellent oral, written, and report-writing skills
  • Proficiency with computers and new technology
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Must have own vehicle and a valid Driver's license
