About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at Lifemark Manning & Amy Croft. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in assessing and treating adults with complex musculoskeletal, neurological, and mental health conditions.
You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, including clients funded by WSIB, and develop holistic, individualized treatment plans based on critical analysis and clinical reasoning.
Responsibilities- Assess and treat adults with complex musculoskeletal, neurological, and mental health conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on critical analysis and clinical reasoning
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to clients
- Participate in case conferences and case management
- Collaborate with stakeholders and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
- Registration (member in good standing) with Ontario's Provincial College of Occupational Therapists
- Solid experience in assessing and treating adults with complex musculoskeletal, neurological, and mental health conditions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent oral, written, and report-writing skills
- Proficiency with computers and new technology
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
