Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Lifemark Manning & Amy Croft is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to work with our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in assessing and treating adults with complex musculoskeletal, neurological, and mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and treat clients with complex needs, including WSIB and private clients
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on critical analysis and clinical reasoning
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and stakeholders to ensure seamless care
  • Participate in case conferences and case management
  • Support return-to-work programs

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registration with Ontario's Provincial College of Occupational Therapists
  • Experience in assessing and treating adults with complex needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with computers and new technology
