About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Lifemark Health Group. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a critical role in helping patients achieve their full potential and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat patients with complex musculoskeletal, neurological, and mental health conditions
  • Develop and implement holistic, individualized treatment plans based on critical analysis and clinical reasoning
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Manage caseload in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Participate in case conferences and case management to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Registration (member in good standing) with Ontario's Provincial College of Occupational Therapists
  • Solid experience in assessing and treating adults with complex conditions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency with computers and new technology
