About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Leader to join our team at Women in Payments. As a Senior Manager, Enterprise Payments Strategy, Global Transaction Banking, you will play a key role in driving the development and execution of our digital payments strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the digital payments strategy to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement new payment solutions and services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business opportunities and develop strategic plans to address them.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize payment processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our payment solutions remain competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on digital payments and innovation.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and innovation through strategic leadership and execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and analyze complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the evolving payments ecosystem, including FinTechs and PayTechs.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively to meet deadlines and balance competing priorities.
