Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 1363924 BC LTD. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, manage inventory levels, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Operations: Authorize payments, manage payroll, and oversee store maintenance and repairs.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Supervision: 3-4 people
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
