Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 1363924 BC LTD. as a key member of our retail operations.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring efficient and effective store operations.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff members to meet the needs of the store and company.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Store Operations: Oversee store operations, including sales floor management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Payroll Administration: Manage payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely payment of staff.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
