About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at 0919984 BC Ltd. as a Store Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of 3-4 sales associates, including cashiers, grocery clerks, and shelf stockers.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock ordering, and merchandise returns.
    • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of sales transactions, including authorizing payments and resolving customer complaints.
  • Customer Service and Sales
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing sales data and identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Monitor and control store expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other retail management software.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a retail business environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The work is fast-paced, with a focus on meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
