- Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Ensure that the store is always well-stocked, visually appealing, and meets the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience, and that their needs are met.
- Sales and Merchandising
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
- Work with the sales team to identify opportunities to increase sales and improve customer engagement.
- Inventory Management
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring that the store is always well-stocked and that inventory is turned over regularly.
- Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed to ensure that the store is meeting sales targets.
- Team Player
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Support and assist the sales team as needed, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Education
- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or supervisory role is required.
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 32-35 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and requires excellent attention to detail.
