- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and ensuring that all inventory is accurately counted and recorded.
- Employee Development: Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales associates to help them improve their skills and advance in their careers.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of retail management experience required.
- Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to lead and motivate a team, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
