Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at SHELL. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store meets its sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that merchandise is displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including inventory, labor, and other costs.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, including adhering to all health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Perform other duties as required.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 30 hours per week.
