Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at SHELL. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assign tasks and duties to staff members to ensure efficient store operations.
- Hire, train, and develop staff members to improve their skills and performance.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise.
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management to inform business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Fast-paced retail environment.
- Standing for extended periods.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Accurate and reliable.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
