Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at SHELL. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train store staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Assign tasks and duties to staff members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Hire and train new staff members to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise.
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare sales reports and other performance metrics to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Fast-paced retail environment with frequent customer interactions.
- Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods.
- Occasional lifting and carrying of merchandise.
- Accurate and detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment.
