Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at SHELL. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high level of service, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth, and work with the sales team to implement effective sales strategies and promotions.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and other key metrics, and maintain accurate records of store operations and customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment, with a proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle heavy loads.
